Terms of Service
By ordering a commission from me, you are agreeing to the following conditions:
I. GENERAL TERMSYou must be at least 18 years of age.As the artist, I reserve the right to decline any commission from a client.The time it will take me to complete a commission is not defined, as this is not my full-time job. However, I anticipate that it will take at least a week or a month. I will keep constant communication with the client to provide updates on the drawing process.Because of the previous point, I don't work with deadlines.II. PAYMENTThis payment is due upon acceptance of the commission, not in advance. If so, I will decline your commission immediately and you'll have a full refund.The accepted currency is USD, and payments can be made via Wise, Unifans' commissions system and Pixiv's requests system.Once the finished drawing has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.III. FORMIf you wish to contact me, please have the following information readily available:• Commission type: This refers to the type of drawing you wish to order, including whether it is a bust, half body, full body, and the price, including any additional payment you may wish to make.• Character's name: This refers to the name of the character you wish to commission, whether it is your OC or another character. If the character in question is your OC, please provide a brief description of their personality. This will assist me in accurately portraying their likeness.• References: This refers to the necessary references for the drawing. The client must provide the character's reference sheet, color palette, specific poses and/or expressions, and even doodles. While these do not need to be perfect, they should be clear enough for the me to work with.IV. PROCESS1-. After you contact me, I will confirm acceptance of your commission and provide instructions regarding payment and the subsequent steps in the process. If I do not respond within 24 hours, it is because you are on the waiting list or I am currently unavailable. You will be informed immediately upon reading your message if I accept the commission or not.2-. Just to make sure the payment was made, I will kindly request you to send me a screenshot.3-. Once I have received confirmation that the correct amount has been paid, I will start working on your commission and provide constant updates to ensure that you are satisfied with the progress.4-. When the commission is completed, I will send you the final drawing via the platform you decided to contact me on.V-. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICYOnce the commission is delivered, the client may use it for any personal, non-commercial purposes, including posting it on social media with proper credit.The client is not permitted to use the product in any AI or blockchain-associated technology.The finished work will be posted on my social media accounts if not specified otherwise prior to ordering the commission.VI. CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICYI reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund for your commission at any time.Please note that refunds are only available in the case of uncompleted commissions or those in the initial stages of the process (prior to the lineart stage). In such instances, a full refund will be issued.I will send it to you directly; please do not issue a chargeback. If you would like to request a refund, please notify me promptly before I proceed further with the commission.In the case of a chargeback, your rights to any and all artwork previously commissioned from me will be revoked. Furthermore, I reserve the right to sell any copyrighted artwork to new buyers.Subsequently, you will be banned from commissioning me in the future. I will make your name publicly available at my discretion so that others will be aware of whom they are dealing with.
